Spaghetti con gamberi/Italian-Style Spaghetti with Shrimps |
When I was
2/3 years old, I didn't eat almost anything: my stomach couldn't endure the
food but one or two delicacies such as
Shrimp Cocktail. Weird, but that's the truth!
Now is the
exact opposite of that. I'm still loving shrimp cocktail but my stomach not
anymore!
Then, when
yesterday I saw those beautiful shrimps at the market fish, I though about spaghetti...
Italian-Style
Spaghetti with Shrimps
Ingredients
for 4 servings
1/2 pound
spaghetti
1 pound fresh shrimps
10
datterini tomatoes
3 tbsp olive
oil
1 clove
garlic,crushed
1/2 cup
chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup
white wine
salt
black
pepper
Peel and
devein the shrimps, then bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add
spaghetti and cook for 8/10 minutes al
dente and drain.
