Japanese Restaurant Sumire |
Some months
ago I was talking to a Japanese friend of mine, confessing him my insane hurge
of Soba. Why Japanese Restaurants in Milan
don't serve Soba?
Shinya told
me he recently found a restaurant with a genuine home-made Japanese dishes.
Finally,
last Saturday I've been there and I got out completly satisfied.
In the
restaurant Sumire I found only Japaneses and a Gourmet menu: different kinds of
Don (rice covered by flamed salmon or salmon bacon or tunna); Tonkatsu, Soba
and Udon (plain or with broth, hot or cold); different kinds of Japanese Curry
(with vegetables, chicken meatballs, pork,...).
This time I
had a piping hot Nebayaki Udon while my boyfiend had a Japanese Curry with
chicken.
I promised
myself to go back to Sumire as soon as I can, because I want to try the entire
menu!
