Con questa dolce ricetta, vi
voglio anche salutare perchè per due settimane sarò all'estero per lavoro e
sicuramente non avrò né il tempo né l'opportunità per cucinare. Sigh!!!
Panna cotta al the matcha con salsa di ribes/Matcha panna cotta with redcurrant sauce |
Matcha panna cotta with redcurrant sauce
Ingredients for 6 molds:
2 cups of cream
1/2 cup of sugar
2 1/2 sheets gelatin
a vanilla bean
4 teaspoons of matcha tea
1 cup redcurrant
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Soak gelatin sheets in cold water.
Heat the cream and sugar over medium heat without bringing to a boil. When the cream is hot and sugar has melted, turn off the heat, add the matcha and mix well.
Squeeze the gelatine leaves and add them to the mixture of cream and stir until they dissolve completely.
Pour into molds and refrigerate for 4/5 hours at least.
For the sauce, whisk the currants with the icing sugar and serve with the panna cotta.

salsa di ribes
Ingredienti per 6 stampini:
500 ml di panna
100 gr di zucchero
2 1/2 fogli colla di pesce
una stecca di vaniglia
4 cucchiaini di thè matcha
1 vaschetta ribes rossi
500 ml di panna
100 gr di zucchero
2 1/2 fogli colla di pesce

1 cucchiaio zucchero a velo
Mettete a bagno in acqua fredda i fogli di colla di pesce.
Fate scaldare la panna e lo zucchero a fuoco moderato, senza portare a bollore. Quando la panna è calda e lo zucchero si sarà sciolto, spegnere il fuoco, aggiungere il matcha e mescolate bene.
Strizzate i fogli di gelatina e uniteli al composto di panna e mescolate bene fino a farli sciogliere completamente. Versate negli stampini e mettete in frigo per 4/5 ore almeno.
Mettete a bagno in acqua fredda i fogli di colla di pesce.
Fate scaldare la panna e lo zucchero a fuoco moderato, senza portare a bollore. Quando la panna è calda e lo zucchero si sarà sciolto, spegnere il fuoco, aggiungere il matcha e mescolate bene.

Per la salsa, frullate i
ribes con lo zucchero a velo e servitela insieme alla panna cotta.
Elena, first, that gorgeous photo caught my eye. This recipe sounds DELICIOUS, and I will have to try it! Did you know, I used "panna cotta" in a game played with some friends, wherein we were supposed to guess the item by asking yes/no questions. No one could guess it! Surprising.
